Mark your calendars! This year's Greyhound Planet celebration will take place the weekend of October 23/24, 2010!
We decided to move the celebration from September to October so it would not interfere with any other holiday or major event. From now on, it will be held on the weekend before Halloween to give everyone a chance to do something fun like costume contests, etc. Its a cooler time of the year for most as well and the hounds will be able to enjoy the festivities without the risk of becoming overheated.
Our hounds draw attention anyway every where we go and by dressing them up in costumes, fancy collars, bandanas, etc. they should be able to draw alot more attention giving everyone the prime opportunity to talk about the hounds! Aim for adoptions! Lets keep up the good work!
